Board of Trustees undergoes changes with new appointments, re-elections, and retirements

CINCINNATI- Cincinnati Museum Center’s Board of Trustees underwent some changes earlier this year as several trustees completed their term and new appointments were made.

Acknowledgement and thanks is extended to A. David Davis, Merrie Stewart Stillpass and George Vincent, who moved off of the board in January after serving their terms. 

George H. Vincent, managing partner of Dinsmore and Shohl, LLP, was appointed to General Counsel.

John Baumann, president and CEO of Ampac, was appointed chair of the Finance and Audit Committee.

Ed Shirley, vice chair of Global Beauty and Grooming at The Procter & Gamble Company, was elected as a trustee.

Trustees re-elected for a three-year term include: Edward D. Diller, partner-in-charge, Cincinnati office of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP; David E. Foxx, CEO of d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc.; Gary Z. Lindgren, executive director of the Cincinnati Business Committee; Thomas Quinn, general counsel and chief development officer of the Ilsco Corporation; Yvonne C. Robertson, civic leader; Steven C. Steinman, president of Moellering Industries; and Albert W. Vontz III, co-chairman of Heidelberg Distributing Company.

Trustees R. Keith Harrison, global supply officer at The Procter & Gamble Company, and Gregory C. Wolf, senior vice president of the Duke Energy Corporation, were also re-elected for an additional one-year term.
